MEET THE TEAM
Taste Restaurant is a family. Both the Front of House team and the Chef Lecturers work closely together to ensure that menus meet curriculum requirements. Balancing the teaching timetable with the commercial activities is a fine art, so the team has to constantly evaluate the two.

TOM HALL - TEAM LEADER
Tom has joined us with the merge with Carshalton College, where he worked at Team Leader for chef students levels 1 to 3 for the past 11 years. In the industry he was Sous chef at The Ivy London and the Bleeding Heart group.
BERNIE BYRNE
Bernie is our talented Pastry Chef, who is responsible for delivering our Patisserie and Confectionery courses over all levels. What she doesn't know about pastry - isn't worth knowing.
SANDRA MARSHALL
Sandra joins us from Carshalton College, where she led the teaching restaurant Nightingales as well as the chef teams of level 1 and 2 for 6 years. Prior to lecturing, Sandra worked in corporate hospitality for over 15 years.
DANIEL JACOBS
Daniel leads the teaching of the Food and Beverage Service qualifications and Travel and Tourism.
He has worked in the industry for 24 years for some of the most prestigious chefs and London venues. Most recently as General Manager of Hospitality and Events at the Royal Albert Hall.
